守住底線還是拓展空間:來自企業風險管理的經驗證據Hold the Bottom Line or Expand the Space:Empirical Evidence from Enterprise Risk Management

摘要(Abstract)：
以2010—2018年中國A股上市公司為樣本,考察企業實施風險管理活動對企業價值的影響。研究發現:風險管理能夠顯著抑制企業存量價值損失,同時促進公司增量價值增長;在考慮企業異質性的情況下,國有企業、成熟企業和處于外部金融環境不景氣時,風險管理抑制企業存量價值損失和提高增量價值的效果更顯著。進一步分析表明,風險管理通過提升內部控制質量和信息披露質量、降低法律風險等"軟實力",影響企業價值。
